This Kit is made to OBC (Organization for Bat Conservation) specifications, based on over 10 years of research. For those who want to build a single-celled bat house themselves. Comes with everything needed except the hammer and caulk. Offers a longer design, which is a key factor in occupancy. Thinner chambers and a predator guard give protection, the inside wood surface is grooved to aid in maneuverability and there is an extra long landing platform. Proper bat house design is a very important factor in occupancy. Our bat houses have a greater than 80% occupancy rate, as compared to only 10% with some other designs. Holds up to 100 bats. Proceeds from the sale of these bat house kits go back into conservation work.
