This Kit is made to OBC (Organization for Bat Conservation) specifications, based on over 10 years of research. For those who want to build a single-celled bat house themselves. Comes with everything needed except the hammer and caulk. Offers a longer design, which is a key factor in occupancy. Thinner chambers and a predator guard give protection, the inside wood surface is grooved to aid in maneuverability and there is an extra long landing platform. Relicates SE520 Assembled OBC Single Chamber Cedar Bat House.

Proper bat house design is a very important factor in occupancy. Our bat houses have a greater than 80% occupancy rate, as compared to only 10% with some other designs. Holds up to 100 bats. Proceeds from the sale of these bat house kits go back into conservation work.
