Rustic Farmhouse Star Insect House - Offer beneficial insect superstars a fitting home in your garden with this Rustic Farmhouse Star Insect House. Providing shelter to solitary bees and other insects welcomes them into your yard, and these pollinators can often help your flower garden or vegetable plants thrive. The familiar, five pointed, star shaped frame creates a fun look in your yard, and each arm has varied openings to house a wealth of insects. Cardboard tubes dotting the unit are fantastic for horn-faced and orchard bees, while solid wooden tubes with drilled holes in them are favorites of mason bees. Overlapping wooden slats and semicircles create crevices, which lacewings and other bees often use for roosting. These pieces all rest inside the wooden frame, and its solid back helps protect the bees. A metal hanger makes it simple to place the unit against a wall, fence, or post, and the varied brown tones celebrate the natural world. Place a brilliant shelter for bees in your backyard with this Rustic Farmhouse Star Insect House.
