Attract mosquito eating bats to your yard!
Invite wonderful, mysterious bats to roost in your yard by placing this Audubon Wooden Bat Shelter with Black Roof in it. A slanted, lapped roof sports a bold black paint, contrasting the tan body of this wooden abode. This single chamber unit provides a roosting spot for up to 15 bats, which can be a boon to your garden, as these animals offer natural pest control and are great pollinators. Horizontal grooves inside the item create plenty of gripping spots for bats, and a small front gap helps the home remain ventilated. The extended, 2.75" long landing pad makes it easy for them to access the shelter, and the black roof aids in retaining heat. Predrilled holes at the base of this piece assist in placing it on a tree or wall, or attach an adapter (not included) to it for pole mounting. Its wooden construction lasts for many seasons while highlighting the natural world, and the design adds a classic bat house shape to any yard. Bat Conservation International approved. Help bat species thrive by placing this Audubon Wooden Bat Shelter with Black Roof in your garden.
