Connecticut Retreat Bird House

Connecticut Retreat Bird House - Showcase New England charm while providing shelter to songbirds by placing the Connecticut Retreat Bird House in your garden. Realistic detailing on each side of this wooden shelter enhances your setting in moments, while the black roof and base contrast the white body. Several faux windows throughout the roost, including a bay style one on one side, bring a bright effect to it, and a red door with matching flower pots offers a spot of color. Fabric flowers, white rocking chairs, a stone covered chimney, and even a miniature bird house complete the adorable unit. A black, shingled and pitched roof covers the interior chamber, and a 1.25" diameter entry allows birds passage. A ladder beneath this entry helps fledglings reach this opening when ready to fly, while drainage holes on the base aid in keeping the nest dry. The rectangular, wooden base wonderfully supports the shelter, and the back of the home unscrews for seasonal nest checks. Rest this unit on a level surface in your garden, or use a mounting bracket (not included) to post mount the piece. Its wooden construction creates a sturdy unit, while its white, black, and red color scheme adds a striking look to your area. Bring a bit of northern style to your bird garden using the Connecticut Retreat Bird House.
